These terms govern your use of Postpartum Hero, the iOS app and this website. By using either, you agree to them.

The service

Postpartum Hero is a communication and household-coordination tool for a recovering parent and one trusted support person. Postpartum Hero provides general educational and coordination information, not medical advice. Postpartum Hero and its team are not doctors, healthcare providers, or healthcare workers. The product does not diagnose, treat, monitor, or assess medical conditions and is not a substitute for professional care. Take health concerns to a qualified health professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency services rather than relying on an app request, notification, or support email.

Subscriptions

Postpartum Hero offers a free trial followed by an optional subscription. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under their own terms. We do not receive your payment card details. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting to access another user's care space without permission, reverse engineering the app, scraping data, or using the service in any way that breaks applicable law or App Store rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create in the app. You give us permission to store and sync it in order to provide the service. When you delete your account, your content is deleted too.

Availability

Postpartum Hero is provided as available. We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. When we do, the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
