Privacy Policy

Postpartum Hero is a care app for recovering parents and their support person. This policy explains what data we handle and how.

Data we handle

• Account info. When you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email (or Apple's private relay address). This is used to identify your account.
• Care space content. Mood check-ins, tasks, requests, notes, and the birth or due date you enter. This is the heart of the service and is only shared with the other member of your space.
• Push tokens. Your device's notification token, used to deliver care alerts. Removed when you sign out.
• Subscription status. Whether your subscription is active, expired, or in trial. We do not receive your payment card details.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the service: syncing your care space, sending notifications you have opted into, and managing your subscription. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell it.

Service providers

We use Supabase to store your data, Apple to handle authentication and payments, and a subscription management service to track entitlements. These providers process data only as needed to run the app.

Your choices

• You can delete your account from within the app. Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app changes. When we do, the date at the top of this page will change.
